Beyond Mount Gambier

I began my career in Early Childhood Education over 10 years ago, having many roles over the years from Assistant Educator, Educational Leader, Lead Educator, Assistant Director and for the last 5 years Centre Director. I was inspired to begin working in Early Learning, as ensuring that children have a safe place where their learning is both promoted and challenged to further develop and thrive in their own individual way is my passion. I have learnt that through healthy and trusting relationships, children develop a strong sense of well-being to become confident and involved learners and by creating an enriching space where children have the opportunity to make choices, share their voice and expand their capabilities in vital. At Beyond it is my purpose to create an environment where both you and your child feel safe to explore, engage in learning, and feel free to express yourselves. Setting the foundation for the best start to school, and life as we believe each child is a capable and competent learner.
