I have been in the Early Childhood sector for 15 years and have deep commitment to children's rights, recognising them as capable and competent learners, each with their unique strengths and qualities. I believe that it is our responsibility as educators to embrace and nurture these individual differences, fostering an environment where every child feels valued and empowered. I believe in creating a space where children are encouraged to explore, question, and learn at their own pace, and supporting our educators to deliver the best possible outcomes for children. By recognising and embracing the uniqueness of each child, we can create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported, and valued. At Beyond, it is my purpose to take each child and their family on a journey of wellbeing, development and growth, setting the foundation for the best start to school, and life.
